Inspect without using

Email within 30 calendar days of delivery to request a change-of-mind return. Planners must be unwritten, dry and complete with their supplied pages; bottles must be unused for drinking, clean and complete with lid, straw and sleeve where supplied. You may inspect the binding, open an empty bottle and examine the material as in a shop. Writing in pages, filling a bottle for use or damaging a cover exceeds inspection.

Request and send

Provide the order reference, SKU, quantity and reason. We supply authorization and a prepaid postal or courier return label. Send the parcel within 14 calendar days of authorization to 4866 Splitrail Pl Colorado Springs CO 80917-1745. Protect the binding and glass or drinking components for transit, and keep your carrier receipt. Returns are by post or courier, not walk-in drop-off. Please do not send an unannounced parcel.

Who pays

A change-of-mind label costs $6.95, deducted from the refund. Restocking costs $0. Original standard delivery is not refunded on a discretionary return. We do not retrospectively charge outward shipping on an order that qualified for free delivery. A partial return uses the actual paid item price, less the disclosed label charge only.

Faults, breakage or supply errors

For a defect or incorrect item, describe the issue before use or attempted repair. Keep damaged glass safely contained; never perform unsafe tests or drink from a damaged component. We assess suitable evidence and agree replacement or refund. A confirmed defect or our supply error has a free return label. When the whole order was defective or incorrectly supplied, its original standard delivery charge is also refunded.

Refunds and exclusions

We communicate the inspection result within 3 business days of receipt and initiate an agreed refund within 7 business days of receipt. Refunds use verified bank transfer to the original payer; banking processing can take additional time. Written-in planners and used drinking vessels are excluded from discretionary returns, not genuine defect remedies. There is no blanket hygiene exclusion for unused ordinary bottles. No personalized items are listed. Sale items use the same rules; a clearly disclosed cosmetic flaw is not itself an undisclosed defect.
