Bottle selection

Tell us the capacity, bag dimensions and cleaning access that matter to you. For a lid question, identify screw cap or straw construction. We can explain the materials and removable parts; we cannot prescribe hydration or advise on a medical condition.

An order, a change or a return

Include the reference and SKU. State a quantity or address correction clearly. For damage or an incorrect item, keep the packaging and describe the issue before use. Do not drink from cracked glass or try an unsafe repair. Contact us before sending a return so a postal or courier label can be arranged.

Response and escalation
