What the form receives

Checkout receives the cart, contact information, delivery address and agreement. It does not collect card numbers, connect a wallet or debit an account. A reference confirms receipt of the request. We contact you to confirm products, quantities, delivery and payable total before requesting funds. A thank-you page is not an instruction to make an unconfirmed payment.

Accepted payment method

We accept bank transfer after written confirmation. Recipient instructions are supplied privately, not published on product pages or embedded in checkout. Verify an unexpected change of bank instructions using the published telephone number. We never require your banking password, one-time passcode or remote access. No card processor or instant-payment integration is represented by this shop.

Price and shipping

All prices are USD and include applicable sales tax. The delivery charge also includes applicable tax; no additional tax is added at checkout. The itemized request shows the total to be confirmed. Any correction or requested change must be explained and agreed before a different amount is payable.

We deliver to street addresses in the contiguous United States and DC. Alaska, Hawaii, territories and PO boxes are outside this offer. Standard shipping costs $6.95 per order and is free when the merchandise subtotal is $75 or more. Preparation takes 1–2 business days after written confirmation and receipt of payment. Transit normally takes 3–5 business days, for 4–7 business days total. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

Timing and matching

Arrange for the agreed amount to arrive within 5 calendar days of written confirmation, with the reference so it can be matched. An unpaid request may be closed after 5 days; ask for reconfirmation before paying late. Preparation starts on receipt of funds. A transfer screenshot is not proof of cleared funds and does not change the stated dispatch schedule.

Changes and cancellation

Cancel an unpaid request by quoting the reference. For a paid order, contact us before dispatch; an accepted pre-dispatch cancellation is refunded in full. After dispatch, the Returns Policy applies. Product and address changes may alter timing or price, but any difference is explained and agreed first. No bottle construction or planner binding is silently substituted.

Refund security

An approved cancellation refund is initiated within 7 business days of approval. A returned-item refund uses the 7-business-day receipt schedule in Returns. Refunds use verified bank transfer to the original payer, not compulsory store credit. Never pay an additional fee to release a refund. If an instruction appears suspicious, stop and contact us directly with the reference.
